Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using trauma-informed care models.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and community advocates to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
- Coordinate with local social services agencies to facilitate resource referrals for housing, education, and employment.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and ongoing professional development workshops.
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, valid Illinois LCSW license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to cultural humility and social justice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload while maintaining high quality of care.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional community visits.
