Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions utilizing trauma-informed approaches.
- Facilitate case management services, connecting clients with essential community resources and housing support.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and community partners to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development training.
- Advocate for client rights and implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Current, active LCSW licensure in the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a community social services or behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of crisis intervention protocols and trauma-informed care frameworks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and cultural humility while working with diverse populations.
