Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine appropriate intervention strategies.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, school districts, and community agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Maintain precise, confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review case progress and adjust care plans.
- Facilitate crisis intervention services when necessary to ensure client safety.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid LCSW licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a social services or mental health setting.
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in EHR software and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries while navigating high-stress situations.
