Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based clinical therapy to individuals, couples, and families using modalities like CBT and DBT
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Crisis intervention for acute mental health episodes and safety planning
- Coordinate care with community partners, healthcare providers, and social services agencies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Lead support groups and educational workshops on mental health topics
- Advocate for clients within systems (housing, legal, healthcare) and connect with resources
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program
- 3+ years clinical experience with diverse populations
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention protocols
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
