Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency response services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care
- Advocate for clients within healthcare, legal, and social service systems
- Document clinical progress using electronic health records
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops on mental health topics
Qualifications
- Licensure as LCSW in Illinois (required)
- 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and CBT modalities
- Experience with vulnerable populations (homelessness, domestic violence)
- Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Excellent documentation and case management abilities
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency (highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
