Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based modalities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and coordinate multi-disciplinary care
- Advocate for clients navigating complex systems (housing, healthcare, legal)
- Document clinical notes and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives to reduce mental health stigma
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and social services agencies
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (required)
- 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and CBT modalities
- Crisis intervention and suicide prevention certification
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong cultural competency in urban settings
