Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based clinical therapy and crisis intervention to clients across all age groups
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans addressing mental health, housing stability, and employment barriers
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to create integrated support networks
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Lead trauma-informed group sessions and family counseling workshops
- Advocate for clients through public benefit navigation and legal system partnerships
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (required)
- 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience with underserved populations
- Master’s degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program
- Certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads with competing deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocols
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
