Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused modalities)
- Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning for at-risk clients
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams and community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Lead outreach programs to engage underserved populations
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- LCSW/LMSW license in New York State
- 3+ years clinical experience with diverse populations
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis management
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) preferred
- Valid NY driver's license and reliable transportation
- Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program
