We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide trauma-informed therapy, advocacy, and resource navigation to underserved populations. Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT)
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and community partners
- Advocate for clients through housing, employment, and healthcare systems navigation
- Lead crisis intervention and risk management protocols
- Document clinical notes and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois with 3+ years post-licensure experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and cultural humility practices
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Understanding of Chicago's social service landscape and resources
