Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and external service providers
- Deliver crisis intervention and trauma-informed support services
- Advocate for clients within healthcare, legal, and social systems
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops on mental health topics
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (required)
- 3+ years post-master's clinical experience in community mental health
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and CBT modalities
- Strong crisis intervention and assessment skills
- Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities
- Excellent documentation and case management abilities
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency preferred
