Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Facilitate crisis intervention and risk management for high-risk clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, case managers, and educators
- Advocate for clients through systems navigation and community resource coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA and state regulations
- Participate in program development and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (required)
- 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience in social services
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities
- Experience working with diverse populations including refugees, LGBTQ+ individuals, and low-income families
- Excellent communication and cultural competency skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Maintained continuing education requirements
