Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline daily office operations, including vendor management, supply inventory, and facility upkeep.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, coordinating calendar management and travel logistics.
- Facilitate internal communications, ensuring seamless information flow between departments and remote teams.
- Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, coordinating with HR and IT for workspace setups.
- Organize corporate events, client visits, and team-building initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping, expense reporting, and invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive administrative or office management experience in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor contracts and office budgets.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
