Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and validation of high-voltage electrical systems
- Develop comprehensive schematics using AutoCAD and EPLAN
- Oversee PCB layout and component selection for power electronics
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and IEC standards
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Represent engineering team in client stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or energy sector
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven leadership in managing engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy integration
- Experience with HVDC and smart grid technologies
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++ for firmware development
