Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of power distribution systems for renewable energy projects
- Develop detailed electrical schematics using AutoCAD and EPLAN
- Conduct power system analysis and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with IEEE/NFPA standards
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system design
- Manage project timelines and technical documentation
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards
- Experience with renewable energy systems integration
- Proven leadership in cross-functional engineering projects
