In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and resource coordination for families navigating complex social challenges. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive, trauma-informed case plans for a diverse caseload.
- Facilitate direct support services including housing assistance, mental health referrals, and career coaching.
- Conduct regular home visits and community outreach to assess client well-being and safety.
- Maintain precise, confidential documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, local agencies, and government stakeholders.
- Mentor junior case workers and provide clinical guidance on complex file management.
- Participate in grant reporting and community advocacy initiatives to secure program funding.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or a related human services field.
- Valid LCSW or LICSW licensure in the state of Washington strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social casework or direct client advocacy.
- Deep understanding of trauma-informed care and systems-level intervention.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-agency collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage high-stress situations with empathy and professional boundaries.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
