You will work on the front lines of social equity, managing high-impact caseloads and fostering partnerships that transform lives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for a caseload of 25-30 families.
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to client self-sufficiency.
- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and track program outcomes.
- Advocate for client needs within legal, housing, and healthcare systems.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in our electronic health record system to ensure compliance.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support during high-stress situations.
- Facilitate community resource workshops to empower clients with essential life skills.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active Washington State licensure (LSW, LMHC, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct case management experience in a social services environment.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care frameworks and motivational interviewing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse, vulnerable populations.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex digital record-keeping and data reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community site visits.
