Responsibilities
- Perform complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures with precision.
- Lead a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure seamless operative flow.
- Develop and implement advanced clinical protocols for post-operative care.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and research teams on groundbreaking clinical trials.
- Mentor junior surgeons, fellows, and medical residents.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to hospital safety standards and compliance regulations.

Qualifications
- Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in high-volume cardiovascular practice.
- Proven expertise in robotic-assisted surgical techniques.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage complex medical teams.
- Published research in cardiovascular surgery journals is highly preferred.
