Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including reception duties and front-desk support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, and mail with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain accurate office records, files, and databases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation accurately and on time.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and data entry projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
