Responsibilities
- Perform routine clinical laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology.
- Prepare biological samples for analysis, ensuring correct labeling and storage protocols are followed.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Document test results meticulously into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety regulations, biohazard protocols, and infection control measures.
- Assist senior technologists with complex diagnostic procedures and quality control assessments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace to meet regulatory health standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; previous internship experience in a clinical lab is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems.
