Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development and process improvements
- Partner with leadership on succession planning and organizational change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- CHRP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Canadian employment standards and HR compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience a major plus)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strategic thinker with experience scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
