Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical and non-technical professionals
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through performance management, recognition programs, and career development frameworks
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state employment regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA)
- Design and implement HR policies, benefits packages, and onboarding experiences
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development initiatives
- Oversee HRIS administration and data-driven reporting for strategic decision-making
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and succession needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies for competitive tech markets
- Advanced knowledge of California employment law and compliance requirements
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday or SAP preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating HR metrics into actionable insights
