Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across all departments
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, performance management, and compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Design and implement HR programs for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB)
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform strategic HR decisions and identify development opportunities
- Manage HRIS systems and digital transformation projects to streamline HR operations
- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a management role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience developing and executing DEIB strategies in corporate environments
- Knowledge of New York State labor regulations and best practices
