Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing top talent and implementing innovative hiring strategies
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR initiatives for employee retention, performance management, and career development
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with provincial labor laws
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across all organizational levels
- Manage HRIS systems, data analytics, and reporting for strategic decision-making
- Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, and employee relations matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CHRP/SHRM-SCP certification or equivalent designation required
- Proven expertise in Canadian labor legislation (ESA, OH&S) and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical abilities with experience translating HR data into actionable insights
