Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee development programs
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging
- Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and resolve complex workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a managerial role
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP designation required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and employee relations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience implementing DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive workplaces
