Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical roles
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, including performance management systems and career development initiatives
- Lead HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local labor regulations
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS maintenance
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all organizational levels
- Partner with department heads to address staffing challenges and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management or leadership roles
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance in tech environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and HR analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Experience developing DEI strategies and measurable outcomes
