Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across all departments
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including performance management, recognition programs, and career development frameworks
- Oversee compliance with federal/state labor laws, EEO regulations, and company policies through regular audits and documentation
- Manage HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) to ensure data integrity and optimize HR technology utilization
- Design and administer competitive compensation/benefits packages aligned with market benchmarks and organizational goals
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate complex employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve workforce planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management role, preferably in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including employer branding and diversity hiring strategies
- Advanced knowledge of employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA) and risk management protocols
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and experience translating data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR transformation projects in fast-paced environments
