Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract high-performing professionals across all departments
- Design and implement innovative employee engagement programs that boost retention and productivity
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits packages, and performance management systems
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and international labor regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across global operations
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for 500+ employee organizations
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and international HR compliance
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday proficiency preferred)
- Track record of developing successful employee development programs
