Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and HR analytics
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional strategic planning and change management skills
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
