Qualifications
- 5+ years HR experience with 3+ in HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance
