Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to secure industry-leading professionals
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Manage compensation structures, benefits optimization, and compliance with labor regulations
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for organizational improvement
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across all departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in strategic HRBP role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience scaling HR programs in high-growth technology environments
