Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business objectives across multiple departments
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with talent acquisition focus
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification required
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Experience in high-growth tech or professional services environment
