As an integral part of our HR leadership team, you'll shape our employee experience through proactive engagement programs, data-driven talent management, and inclusive leadership development. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 3 days/week while collaborating with our vibrant Austin-based team at our state-of-the-art campus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier tech talent
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize team structures and workflows
- Drive performance management programs that align with company objectives
- Implement employee engagement initiatives with measurable impact
- Manage complex employee relations matters with empathy and compliance
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR processes
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transformations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in business partnering
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven success in tech or high-growth environments
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HRIS systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience implementing DE&I initiatives with measurable outcomes
