Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and operational roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives through performance management, recognition programs, and career development frameworks
- Advise department heads on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
- Design and implement compensation structures and benefits packages aligned with market benchmarks
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements to talent strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a business partner role
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven success in driving organizational change initiatives
