Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across all departments
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and capabilities
- Drive performance management systems including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management processes
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role
- PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and organizational development
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday experience required)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong business acumen with ability to align HR initiatives with company goals
