Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and drive business performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling complex issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in compliance with UK employment law.
- Oversee the full performance management cycle, conducting appraisals and creating individual development plans to nurture top talent.
- Design and maintain robust HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure a compliant and engaging employee experience.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion to build a world-class culture.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in Human Resources or Business.
- Proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role within a multinational environment.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Working Time Regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced MS Office skills.
