Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations across rooms, F&B, spa, and concierge departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Manage departmental budgets, financial controls, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior management team through performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive guest acquisition and loyalty programs
- Implement innovative technology solutions for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- 10+ years in luxury hotel operations with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire multicultural teams
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of Dubai tourism market and luxury segment trends
