Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of premium F&B and entertainment venues (5+ outlets)
- Develop and implement service excellence standards across all touchpoints
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance optimization
- Drive revenue growth through upselling strategies and guest retention
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated guest experiences
- Analyze operational metrics to implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality leadership roles
- Proven expertise in F&B operations and venue management
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
- Valid Food Safety Handling certification
