Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of front desk, concierge, and guest services departments
- Develop and implement premium guest experience strategies exceeding industry standards
- Train and mentor staff in exceptional service delivery and cultural sensitivity
- Manage VIP guest relationships and personalized service protocols
- Coordinate with F&B and housekeeping departments for seamless guest journeys
- Analyze guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in enhancing guest satisfaction metrics (NPS, TripAdvisor ratings)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural nuances
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in PMS systems and hospitality analytics tools
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
