Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercial launch.
- Direct a diverse team of food scientists, chefs, and sensory analysts to drive culinary innovation.
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify new opportunities for product differentiation.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations (FDA, FSMA) and global quality standards.
- Manage the innovation budget and optimize R&D resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Build strategic partnerships with suppliers and ingredient experts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage R&D, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Advanced degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field (Masters or PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of launching successful food products in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, allergens, and clean-label trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
