Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
- Develop and execute a robust R&D strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Oversee the creation and testing of new recipes and existing product improvements.
- Ensure all products meet strict regulatory standards and food safety protocols.
- Manage the product budget and allocate resources efficiently across projects.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in food product development or a related culinary role.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management position within R&D.
- Formal qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or Culinary Arts is required.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC standards).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
