Responsibilities
- Develop avant-garde menus that blend local heritage with molecular gastronomy techniques
- Lead culinary R&D for 3 signature restaurant concepts
- Train and manage 15+ chefs across multiple venues
- Optimize kitchen operations for zero-waste practices
- Collaborate with beverage directors on fusion dining experiences
- Represent the group at international culinary festivals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in fine dining with 3+ as Head Chef/Executive Chef
- Michelin-starred restaurant experience essential
- Degree from Le Cordon Bleu or equivalent institution
- Expertise in Asian fusion and molecular gastronomy
- Proven track record of menu development and cost control
- Strong leadership with ability to mentor diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
