Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company-wide product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Conduct deep market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing lines.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including R&D, supply chain integration, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure product positioning maximizes market penetration and brand equity.
- Drive data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytics to measure success and iterate on product performance.
- Manage the product budget and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative food or beverage products.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, regulatory standards (FDA/FSMA), and sustainability practices within the industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams across technical and creative disciplines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-centric approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
