Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives to drive organizational success.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with leadership to attract top-tier talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Design and maintain performance management systems to drive high performance and employee development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and administration of competitive reward packages to retain top talent.
- Culture & Engagement: Initiate and drive programs that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion across the company.
- HR Operations: Manage HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and the successful implementation of HR technology (HRIS).
Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification (Level 7 is highly desirable).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK employment law, HR legislation, and best practices.
- Technological Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and HR analytics tools.
