Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage significant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across all campaigns.
- Oversee the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation and customer acquisition to retention and loyalty programs.
- Utilize advanced analytics and A/B testing methodologies to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and client success teams to ensure alignment and maximize overall business impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or Head of Growth role.
- Demonstrable success in designing and executing scalable growth strategies that have led to significant user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on key marketing KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
