Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in food product development, preferably within the plant-based or specialty food industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of food chemistry, flavor profiling, and ingredient functionality.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations, FSMA, and global food safety standards.
