Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all dining venues, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Manage P&L statements, controlling costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of culinary and service professionals.
- Curate seasonal menus in collaboration with Executive Chefs to maximize guest appeal.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Culinary degree or hospitality management certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
