Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute innovative seasonal menus that align with market trends and brand identity.
- Manage the F&B P&L, including budget forecasting, cost control, and revenue maximization strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and recruit a high-performing culinary and service team.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to source premium ingredients and maintain sustainable practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and community partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in luxury or fine dining.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and leading large teams effectively.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
