Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance online visibility across all channels.
- Guest Experience Optimization: Oversee the guest journey from inquiry to post-stay review, ensuring every touchpoint meets our premium standards of service.
- SEO & Content Management: Lead SEO initiatives, manage the content calendar, and collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging travel content.
- Social Media Management: Curate and manage social media platforms to foster community engagement and showcase the unique culture of Ubud.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and guest satisfaction scores to optimize ROI.
- CRM Implementation: Utilize customer relationship management tools to personalize guest interactions and retain loyalty.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing within the hospitality or luxury tourism industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), and marketing automation software.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for providing impeccable guest service.
- Travel Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of current trends in the travel and tourism sector.
