Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute the digital product roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals to optimize revenue and customer retention.
- Guest Experience (CX) Optimization: Oversee the development and management of our proprietary app, website, and in-house ordering systems to ensure a seamless, frictionless guest journey.
- Menu Engineering & Analytics: Utilize data analytics to track menu performance, guest preferences, and dining trends, leveraging insights to drive menu innovation and upselling strategies.
- Tech Stack Management: Partner with CTOs and vendors to integrate AI-driven inventory solutions, POS systems, and loyalty programs, ensuring robust cybersecurity and data privacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Executive Chefs, Operations Directors, and Marketing teams to ensure digital tools support culinary excellence and operational efficiency.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and developers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Strategy, or Hospitality Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Food & Beverage sector, including POS systems, reservation platforms, and food delivery ecosystems.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, wireframing tools (Figma), and data analysis platforms (Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
