Responsibilities
- Develop innovative menus incorporating local Asian flavors and global techniques
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Oversee food cost optimization and inventory management
- Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain 5-star hygiene standards
- Collaborate with beverage team on food-pairing concepts
- Manage vendor relationships and sourcing of premium ingredients
- Conduct quarterly culinary training sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in high-end restaurant kitchens with 3+ leadership roles
- Advanced culinary certification (e.g., Le Cordon Bleu)
- Proven track record in menu development and cost control
- Deep knowledge of Asian fusion cuisine trends
- Strong financial acumen with P&L experience
- Singapore Work Permit or PR/Citizen status required
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
